Romer’s caters events both in house and off-site. We are Preferred Caterers at: Market Hall, Fort Piqua Plaza, Minster K of C, The New Bremen American Legion, The Round Barn, Orrmont Estate, Kopper Topp Barn, Maple Lane Retreat, Oppulence, & several more. Romer’s now caters all of Northwestern Ohio and Eastern Indiana.

Services & Pricing

Pricing & Minimums

20-person minimum required
(or $500 minimum for events more than 40 miles from St. Henry)
Transportation fee applies
18%–22% service fee on food and beverage
Drop-offs have a 10% service fee
Additional venue fees may apply depending on location

Services Provided by Romer’s Catering

Professional and courteous staff ensuring quality service and delicious meals
All plates, utensils, and napkins based on menu selection
Buffet line setup with chafers and serving utensils

Extra Services

Cake cutting: $100
Beverages: not included in meal cost but available for an additional charge
Linen rentals:
- Tablecloths: $7.00 each
- Napkins: $0.50 each
  (Replacement costs apply for damaged or missing items)

Additional Upgrades

China service available for $5.00/person
(Includes dinner plate, salad plate, and flatware)
Deluxe Disposable Plates available for $0.50 (only includes dinner and salad plate)

Client Responsibilities

Provide tables for buffet setup
If using china service, client sets silverware (unless otherwise arranged)
Pick up linens if renting, and place on tables
Provide trash bags and handle trash removal after event
Provide final guest count 2 weeks before event
Supply containers for leftovers (Romer’s staff will package)

Rental Terms & Information

$200 down payment + credit card and signed contract required to secure the date
Full prepayment due 1 week prior to event (including service fees)
- If not paid by due date, credit card on file will be charged
3% processing fee for credit card payments
