Romer’s Westlake Lodge accommodates groups up to 110. The lodge includes a mini kitchen complete with freezer, drink coolers, stove, and refrigerator. Guests also have access to the sun deck overlooking the scenic waterscape that surrounds the Romer’s Westlake Hotel Villas.

Venue Rental: $500
Romer’s Catering is the exclusive caterer for the Lodge.
Renters may bring their own homemade food, but any catered food must come from Romer’s.

Included (When NOT Using Romer’s Full Meal Catering)
Kitchen use: refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink with garbage disposal
Outdoor patio: 7 tables & 28 chairs, overlooking pond
Pond access: catch & release fishing only (no swimming or rafting)
Standard Lodge setup: 8 long 8-ft tables, 6 round 5-ft tables (112 seats total)
Radio system with aux jack (light music only—not for dancing or large crowds)
2 large beverage tubs on rolling platforms
Swimming pool use (if available) until 9 PM (shared with villa guests, no lifeguard)
Trash bags provided (renter must dispose of trash in east dumpster near villas)
Playground and grass area (yard games not provided)
Free WiFi (no password)
Wall-mounted cable TV
Ample paved parking, handicap-accessible, air-conditioned
Optional linens: $7/tablecloth, $0.50/napkin

Custom table and chair setup per renter’s specs
Linen tablecloths for all tables, skirting for special tables
Buffet line setup with linens, chafing dishes, serving staff
Full cleanup (trash removal and general cleaning)

Additional rental items, décor packages, and food/beverage options available
Optional Add-On
DJ sound system rental – $100
Includes loudspeakers, stands, mic, mixer/amp, cables, and setup/teardown
Rental Terms & Information
All decorations must be approved by Romer’s Catering
Nothing can be taped or hung on walls
Events must end by midnight
Pool is seasonal, weather-permitting, and availability is not guaranteed
3% credit card processing fee
18% service charge applies for corporate events, class reunions, or any catering services
