Venue Rental: $1,500 Saturday / $950 Sunday-Friday

  • Based on a 5-hour booking ($25 charge for each additional hour)

  • $350 additional fee applies if catering service is not used

  • Includes access to outdoor scenic pond and gazebo

Inclusions

  • Table and chair setup for the entire venue

  • Skirting on all special tables

  • White linen tablecloths throughout venue (black or ivory linens also available)

  • Cleanup: busing tables, general cleaning, and trash removal

  • Floor easels (for signs, posters, pictures)

  • Podium

  • Sound system with microphones and dinner music

Optional Enhancements

  • Décor packages

  • Audio-visual package

  • Equipment rental

  • Entertainment options

  • $750 non-refundable deposit due at contract signing

  • Event must end by midnight

  • Balance due 60 days prior to event, including estimated food and equipment costs

  • Renter may be liable for building damages

  • All decorations, theming, and entertainment must be approved 14 days before the event

  • No confetti, glitter, fireworks, or open flames (votive/enclosed candles are acceptable)

  • Extra servers may be added at additional cost

  • Delay in meal service may incur additional hourly server fees

  • Chandelier and ceiling decorative lighting are included; other ceiling/wall decor requires prior approval

  • All candles must be enclosed

  • Sales tax not included in listed prices

  • Mandatory 18% service fee applies to all food and beverage expenses (not a gratuity)

  • 3% credit card processing fee applies

  • Prices subject to change without notice

For weddings, besides the ballroom, there is a beautiful outdoor ceremony location, overlooking a pond, and a room for your bridal party to get ready in, our Piqua location has it all.

  • Service Charge Explanation:
    The 15% service fee supports behind-the-scenes costs including staff wages, event coordination, setup, culinary labor, transportation, cleaning, utilities, licenses, and more. Staff receive full compensation and profit sharing. Gratuities are appreciated but not expected.
